Team members are the individuals who operate under your organization’s profile on Fundwork. By adding your colleagues to your organization, you let them contribute to org activity — posting opportunities, managing applicants, and representing your team — all under your shared .base.eth identity.

How Team Members Work

Each member of your organization is linked through their own personal Fundwork account (authenticated via Base Account / Privy with their individual .base.eth name). When a team member takes an action on behalf of the organization, that action is attributed to the organization’s identity rather than their personal profile.

Individual Accounts

Every team member signs in with their own personal .base.eth identity. There are no shared passwords or shared wallets.

Org Attribution

Actions taken on behalf of the organization — like posting a bounty — appear under the org’s name, not the individual’s.

Role-Based Access

Each member is assigned a role that controls what they can do within the organization. See Organization Roles.

Flexible Team Size

Add as many members as your team needs. Remove members or update their roles at any time.

Adding a Team Member

1

Open Your Organization Settings

Go to your organization profile on Fundwork and navigate to Team Members in the organization settings.
2

Invite by .base.eth Name

Enter the .base.eth name of the person you want to add. They must already have a Fundwork account authenticated with Base Account (Privy).
3

Assign a Role

Select a role for the new member. Roles determine what actions they can take within your organization. See Organization Roles for details.
4

Confirm the Invitation

Send the invitation. The team member will receive a notification to accept before they gain access to your organization.

Removing a Team Member

To remove a team member, navigate to Team Members in your organization settings, locate the member’s entry, and select Remove. Their access to the organization is revoked immediately. Any opportunities they posted on behalf of the organization remain attributed to the org.
Detailed team management features — including bulk invites, member activity history, and additional member controls — are in development. More details will be published before public launch.
