Organization profiles give your Web3 team or company a shared identity on Fundwork — separate from any individual’s personal profile — so you can post opportunities, attract talent, and build a recognizable on-chain presence under a single name.

What Is an Organization Profile?

An organization profile is a dedicated identity for a team or company on Fundwork. Where individual users are identified by their personal .base.eth name, an organization has its own .base.eth-style identity (for example, studio.base.eth). This means every opportunity your team posts, every hire you make, and every reputation signal you earn is attributed to the organization — not just to whoever clicked “post.”

Shared Identity

Your organization’s .base.eth name appears on every opportunity you post, making your brand instantly recognizable to talent browsing Fundwork.

Team Collaboration

Multiple team members can operate under one organization profile, each with a role that controls what they can do.

Opportunity Ownership

Contracts, bounties, and campaigns are attributed to the organization, not to individual posters — keeping your team’s work history in one place.

Verification

Organizations can apply for a Fundwork verification badge to signal credibility to talent on the platform.

Organization Profile Details

Your organization profile includes the following information visible to talent on Fundwork:
  • Name — Your organization’s display name and .base.eth identity.
  • Description — A short bio explaining who your team is, what you build, and the kind of talent you’re looking for.
  • Posted Opportunities — A live feed of active contracts, bounties, and campaigns posted under your organization.
  • Team Members — The individuals associated with your organization on Fundwork.
  • Verification Status — Whether your organization has been verified by Fundwork.

Setting Up Your Organization Profile

Connect Your Wallet

Sign in to Fundwork with Base Account (Privy) using your personal .base.eth identity. You must be authenticated as an individual before you can create or manage an organization.

Create Your Organization

Navigate to Organizations in your account settings and select Create Organization. Enter your organization’s name and claim your .base.eth-style identity for the profile.

Add a Description

Write a clear, concise description of your team or company. Describe what you build, your focus area in Web3, and the types of opportunities you typically post.

Invite Team Members

Add team members to your organization and assign them roles. See Team Members and Organization Roles for details.

Start Posting

With your profile set up, you can post contracts, bounties, and campaigns on behalf of your organization. See Posting on Behalf of an Organization.
Organization profiles are in alpha. Some profile features — including extended customization options and on-chain profile management — are still in development. More details will be published before public launch.
