When you post an opportunity on behalf of your organization, it appears on Fundwork under your org’s identity — for example, Posted by studio.base.eth — rather than your personal .base.eth name. This keeps your team’s work history unified under one brand and signals to talent that the opportunity comes from an established organization.

Before You Post

To post on behalf of an organization, you need two things:
  • Org membership — You must be a member of the organization on Fundwork.
  • The appropriate role — Your role within the organization must grant you permission to post opportunities. See Organization Roles for details.
If you don’t yet have org membership or the right role, contact your organization’s admin on Fundwork.

Posting an Opportunity as Your Organization

1

Sign In to Fundwork

Authenticate with Base Account (Privy) using your personal .base.eth identity. You always sign in as yourself — you then choose to act on behalf of your organization.
2

Start a New Opportunity

From your dashboard, select Post Opportunity and choose the type of work you want to post: a Contract, Bounty, or Campaign.
3

Select Your Organization as the Poster

When setting up the opportunity, look for the Posted by field. Switch from your personal identity to your organization. The field will display your org’s .base.eth name (for example, studio.base.eth).
You will only see organizations you belong to with a role that permits posting. If your organization does not appear, check your role with your org admin.
4

Fill In the Opportunity Details

Complete the opportunity details — title, description, scope, compensation, and any requirements. These details are the same whether you’re posting as an individual or an organization.
5

Review and Publish

Review all the details, confirm that the Posted by field shows your organization’s identity, and publish the opportunity. It will appear on Fundwork attributed to your organization.

How It Looks to Talent

Once published, your opportunity displays your organization’s .base.eth name as the poster. Talent browsing Fundwork will see the org identity, can visit your organization’s profile, and can review other opportunities your team has posted — all from a single, recognizable presence.
Keep your organization profile up to date. When talent clicks through from your opportunity to your org profile, a complete description and verified status build trust and increase the quality of applicants.

Managing Posted Opportunities

All opportunities posted on behalf of your organization appear in your organization’s profile and in your organization’s dashboard. Team members with the appropriate role can review applicants, manage submissions, and take action on active opportunities.
Organization posting features are in alpha. Some controls — including org-level opportunity management and multi-member approval workflows — are still in development. More details will be published before public launch.
