Ready to hire talent on Base? Posting an opportunity on Fundwork takes just a few minutes. Choose the format that matches how you want to work — a Contract for a dedicated collaborator, a Bounty for open competitive submissions, or a Campaign for volume-based contributions — then fill in the details and publish.
1

Sign in with your Base account

Go to fundwork.app and sign in using Privy with your Base account. You must be signed in before you can post any opportunity.
Fundwork uses Base Account authentication via Privy. If you don’t have a Base account yet, you’ll be prompted to create one during sign-in.
2

Navigate to the posting page

Once signed in, go to https://fundwork.app/post. This is where all new opportunities start.
3

Choose your opportunity type

Select the format that best fits the work you need done.

Contract

You review applicants and hire one worker. Work proceeds through structured milestones. Best for ongoing or multi-step projects.

Bounty

Anyone can submit work. You review all submissions and select one or more winners to award. Best for creative or competitive tasks.

Campaign

You set a fixed USDC reward per qualifying submission. Approve submissions as they come in — each earns the fixed amount until your pool runs out. Best for volume tasks.
4

Fill in your opportunity details

Complete all required fields for your chosen type. Every opportunity includes:
  • Title — a clear, specific name for the work
  • Overview — context about the project and what you need
  • Deliverables — exactly what the worker must produce
  • Skills tags — categories like Design, Development, Writing, Research, etc.
  • Budget — in USDC
  • Deadline or duration — when submissions or work must be completed
Contracts also require milestones. Bounties also require judging criteria and requirements. Campaigns also require a reward per submission and a total pool amount.
The more specific your posting, the better the applicants and submissions you attract. See Writing a Strong Opportunity for guidance on each field.
5

Publish your opportunity

Review your posting, then hit Publish. Your opportunity goes live immediately and becomes visible to talent on Fundwork.Once published, workers can apply (Contracts), submit work (Bounties), or begin contributing (Campaigns) right away.
Fundwork is currently in alpha. Posting workflows and available fields may evolve before public launch.
