# Fundwork Terms of Service – Coming Before Public Launch

> Fundwork's Terms of Service are in preparation. Full terms covering platform use, payments, and user obligations will be published before launch.

The Fundwork Terms of Service will govern your use of the platform — including how you post and accept work, how payments are processed in USDC on Base, and the respective obligations of clients and talent. These terms will also address account conduct, dispute expectations, and the rules that keep the marketplace fair for everyone.

  **Fundwork is currently in alpha.** The full Terms of Service have not yet been finalized and are not in effect. Complete terms will be published before Fundwork's public launch. By using the platform during the alpha period, you acknowledge that policies are subject to change.

When published, the Terms of Service will cover:

* **Use of the platform** — who may use Fundwork, acceptable conduct, and account responsibilities.
* **Opportunities and payments** — how contracts, bounties, and campaigns are created, accepted, and paid out in USDC on Base.
* **Client obligations** — expectations for posting accurate work, funding opportunities, and approving submissions in good faith.
* **Talent obligations** — expectations for delivering work as described and representing skills accurately.
* **Modifications and termination** — how Fundwork may update these terms and what happens to active opportunities if an account is suspended or closed.
