    Fundwork is a Base-native marketplace that connects clients who need work done with talent ready to do it. Clients post opportunities — contracts, bounties, or campaigns — and talent applies, completes the work, and gets paid in USDC on Base. Everything is built around your Base identity, keeping payments fast, transparent, and on-chain.

  <Accordion title="What is the difference between a contract, bounty, and campaign?">
    Fundwork supports three opportunity types:

    * **Contracts** — Scoped, milestone-based agreements between a client and a specific talent. Best for ongoing or project-based work with a defined deliverable.
    * **Bounties** — Open tasks with a fixed reward. Any eligible talent can attempt a bounty; the client approves the best submission and pays out the reward.
    * **Campaigns** — Broader, outcome-driven opportunities suited to marketing, community, or content work, where multiple contributors may be rewarded.

    Choose the type that best matches how you want to structure the work and the payout.

    Sign up at [fundwork.app](https://fundwork.app) using **Privy**, Fundwork's authentication layer. You can connect with your Base Account — identified by your `.base.eth` name — or link a supported wallet. No username/password account required. Your on-chain identity is your profile.

    All payments on Fundwork are made in **USDC on Base** — a USD-pegged stablecoin settled on the Base network. This gives you fast, low-cost transactions with the price predictability of US dollars.

  <Accordion title="Do I need a crypto wallet?">
    Yes. To receive payments as talent, you need a **Base-compatible wallet** set as your payout address. If you already have a Base Account or a wallet that supports the Base network (such as Coinbase Wallet or any EVM-compatible wallet), you're ready to go. Fundwork uses Privy to make wallet connection straightforward, even if you're new to crypto.

    A `.base.eth` name is your identity on the Base network — think of it as a human-readable username that maps to your wallet address (for example, `yourname.base.eth`). On Fundwork, your `.base.eth` name serves as your public profile handle, making it easy for clients and talent to find and recognize each other. You can claim a `.base.eth` name through [Basenames](https://base.org/names).

    Yes. Fundwork supports **organization profiles**, so teams, DAOs, and companies can post opportunities and manage work under a shared identity rather than an individual account. Organization profile setup is available during onboarding.

    Once you approve a completed submission as a client, Fundwork issues the **payment in USDC directly to the talent's payout address** on Base. A payment receipt is generated for your records. The process is designed to be straightforward — approve the work, and the funds move.

    Fee details are still being finalized and will be published before Fundwork's public launch. During the alpha period, focus on completing work and providing feedback. Stay tuned for announcements on the fee structure.
