# Earn Fixed USDC per Qualifying Submission on Fundwork

> Understand how Fundwork campaigns work: earn a fixed USDC reward for each qualifying submission until the campaign pool is exhausted.

Campaigns are a different kind of opportunity. Instead of competing for a single prize or applying for a contract role, you earn a fixed USDC reward for each submission that meets the campaign's qualifying criteria — as long as the reward pool has funds remaining.

## How Campaigns Work

    Every qualifying submission earns the same fixed USDC amount. There's no competition — your reward doesn't depend on how other people's submissions are judged.

    Each campaign has a total USDC pool. Payouts continue until that pool runs out. Once the pool is exhausted, the campaign closes to new submissions.

    Your submission must meet the campaign's qualifying criteria to earn a reward. Submissions that don't qualify do not receive payment.

    Approved rewards are paid to your payout address in USDC on Base, the same as every other opportunity type on Fundwork.

## The Basic Campaign Flow

    Browse [fundwork.app/explore](https://fundwork.app/explore) and look for campaign listings. Each listing shows the fixed reward per submission and the current status of the pool.

  <Step title="Read the requirements carefully">
    Each campaign defines what a qualifying submission looks like. Read the overview and requirements before you start — work that doesn't meet the criteria won't earn a reward, regardless of effort.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete and submit your work">
    Produce your submission according to the campaign requirements and submit it through the listing page. Include everything the campaign asks for.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Receive your reward if you qualify">
    If your submission meets the qualifying criteria, the fixed USDC reward is sent to your payout address on Base. You receive an on-chain transaction hash as your receipt.
